If you are looking to easily activate your loyalty cards and capture accurate information, there’s an app for that: InTech’s QuickApp. Offering a great new card and key tag design, QuickApp pairs a CR80 and two key tags with an application form.  Account numbers and barcodes are imaged on both pieces in one pass eliminating matching errors.  Once your loyalty customer completes the bottom portion of the form, all member information is contained with no room for error.

The notebook card features a plastic gift card spiral bound as a notebook cover. 
The inside pages can be pre-printed on two sides and have a variety of uses:
Coupons, menus, activity books, coloring books, shopping, wish or gift lists, store locations, or member benefits.  Or even a combination. 
The Notebook Cards supports both mag stripe and barcode platforms.
