InTech offers a full line of packaging solutions. With more and more retailers requiring scratch off labels on store cards, InTech has recently increased scratch off capacity by 300%. We have added scratch off applications on all of our systems: ThermaJet™, Ink Jet and Encoding. We stock standard scratch off options as well as custom labels for our top retailers.  We have tested different materials, label sizes and roll types and choose only the most secure and efficient.

Pick and place affixing systems allow us the flexibility for not only standard CR80 cards, but all shapes and sizes and thicknesses. Due to customer demand InTech has recently doubled our affixing capacity!

In 2009, with the launch of MultiPak and ValuPak, InTech has added the ability to skin package.  Our skinning process uses a PVC free Surlyn film that provides a secure yet easy open covering.

Two Polywrapping machines and several shrink wrap stations lend themselves to batching and terms and conditions inserts. And, a 24/6 operation gets it done!
