ThermaJet's unique nozzle placement prints the straightest bars and most readable codes in the business.   The technology grew out of InTech's experience imaging cards from many differet suppliers for customers with tight time frames.  ThermaJet's "secret sauce" promotes consistancy by atomically smoothing the surface of the card prior to imaging.  This allows us to run at high speeds and produce great resolution.  Recently, with so many changes in gift card design, InTech has expanded the single pass imaging area. No longer are you limited to a two inch window!
